fix(profile): 修复个人页面显示昵称并调整样式

- 将显示内容从手机号改为用户昵称
- 添加 nickName 数据属性初始化
- 在用户数据加载时同步获取昵称信息
- 调整昵称文字颜色为 #F8D94 以改善视觉效果
